You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

We offer a pleasant atmosphere, a DELICIOUS BREAKFAST on weekends, and space to unwind. There is a lot of nature at a short distance, and by train e.g. Utrecht and Amsterdam can be reached quickly. It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. Out of respect for the neighbours parties are not allowed. Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !

In a detached building, originally a garage, a pleasant place has been created with its own kitchen and bathroom. There are two double beds that can also be separated. A sunny terrace is located at the rear. The immediate area is popular with hikers and cyclists; from the cottage you can go anywhere! Of course, the cottage is equipped with free WiFi and a smart television. The cottage has its own entrance on a demarcated piece of the plot.
