Holiday rentals with lake access in Sofia Province

This was my second time staying at this wonderful Airbnb and once again, it was a beautiful experience! Liliya and Alexander are such amazing hosts- warm, welcoming and always quick to respond. Their hospitality truly makes you feel at home. The place itself has such cosy, homey vibes, making it the perfect retreat. Everything is thoughtfully arranged, clean and inviting. You can tell they put a lot of love into making their guests feel comfortable. Plus, the location is great- right in the heart of the city with a stunning view of NDK. There are plenty of amazing restaurants, cafés and shops just steps away, making it the perfect spot to experience the best of the city. Would highly recommend!

Great place, very private. There’s only host was very sweet, left us brownies as welcome presents, there were also plenty other small nice surprises :). The kitchen has a lot of utensils so you wont be missing anything. Very cosy.

Great location, very well maintained and with preserved historical charm. The place was spotless and all amenities were available and in working order. Friendly and a helpful host. I can easily recommend it to anyone.

A good place to stay if you want to go hiking in Vitosha Nature Park. There are some excellent trails through the forest to the neighbouring districts of Zheliznitsa and Simeonovo. I stayed for two months in July & August of 2024 and found the unit cool and comfortable. It's a good spot for a quiet getaway. Radoslav was very helpful after my flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late...and then the train didn't get into Sofia until 10pm. Responded quickly to all my questions.

We had absolutely marvelous time at Petya's place, the apartment is very cozy, furnished with style, very homey and comfortable. There is everything you need, full stock kitchen, spotlessly clean bathroom with a bath, perfect wifi if you need to work from home, smart TV with streaming platforms, a lot of games and toys for a kid. I loved the aesthetic of the place. It was only me and my partner, but I highly recommend for couples with a small child.

Great place for a big company, perfectly equipped for the winter! Comfortable rooms for everyone, large common areas suitable for spending time with the company. Separate bathroom and toilet for each room. Well heated and insulated house with easy temperature control. The host is very responsive, welcoming and understanding. Explains everything about the house in details and answers questions right away:)

It was our 2nd time in this amazing place, and we'll came back every time when we'll be in the area! 🤗
