Quiet and quiet surroundings about 12 km from Aarhus city center. Ground floor of villa with private entrance and taress. The apartment is 84 m2 with a large living room and kitchen, large bathroom, bedroom, and a small room. There's a double bed for 2 people in the bedroom, a double sofa bed for 2 people in the living room, and a simple bed in the small room. In the kitchen there is a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a fridge with a frogs. In the bathroom there is a washing machine with a dryer.

Cozy 1st floor apartment on our farm, located in rural surroundings. The home is centrally located in East Jutland, 18 km from Aarhus C and 9 km from the access road to the E45 motorway. The apartment has a south/east-facing terrace, where you can grill or light a fire. There is room for four guests with the possibility of extra beds. We have a sweet, child-friendly and calm dog, as well as four tame cats, who roam freely on the property. The dog and cats are not allowed in the apartment.

The home is located in Ølsted close to Aarhus. Free parking space and city bus right to the door. The home is newly renovated and spacious with room for 2-4 overnight guests. There is a hallway, living room and bedroom. In the living room you will find a sofa corner (sofa bed), a dining nook, and a relaxation corner. In the bedroom there is a double bed. In addition, there is a bathroom and well-equipped kitchen with dining nook. From the kitchen there is access to the terrace.

The apartment overlooks Aarhus Ådal and Årslev Engsø. Car is an advantage, but there is a bus to the centre at the door as well as a nice bike and walking path around the lakes and into the city. There is a carport for a van. Here is peace and quiet!
