Attractively furnished terraced house of 130 m² in a quiet location with stunning views of the fjord and mountains. The house is located right in the heart of the Sunnmørsalpene mountains and offers a view of the fjord. A short distance and within walking distance of the town centre, the university college and the hospital. The house comprises a living room with a dining area and a sofa, a well-equipped, newly refurbished kitchen, a loft room with a sofa bed and a TV (door to the stairs leading down to the living room), two bedrooms, and two bathrooms with showers. Outside, there is a large, furnished south-facing veranda with a fantastic view of the fjord and mountains, as well as a balcony.

Playground with, among other things, a ball swing, football pitch, monkey bars, etc. right next door. Close to hiking trails with beautiful views of the fjord and mountains. Short distance to a swimming area. Dogs are allowed here, so you can bring your best friend. There are cards, board games, croquet and some books available. Home office solution. Washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Outdoor area with garden furniture and barbecue

The home and the surrounding area offer a quiet, safe and fun place for young and old, with several playgrounds, a football pitch and endless hiking opportunities with Kanadaskogen as the nearest starting point. You will also find a beautiful sandy beach along Tennebekktjørna, a 4-5 minute walk from the house with a playground, benches and a barbecue pit. Good public transport links and free parking in a garage 50 metres from the property (including car charger)

Located just a 2-minute walk from the light rail stop, this home offers excellent public transport connections,only 11 minutes to the city centre and 33 minutes directly to the airport. 1.: Bright living room with a fireplace and an open-plan kitchen. 2.floor: A small bathroom and two bedrooms. 3.floor: One additional bedroom. Outside, you’ll find a small garden with herbs and flowers, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a morning coffee.

It is a short distance to Aksla and 2 km to the mountain lodge (the city view point). Bus stop is right in front of the house with frequent departures.

Here you will live close to the sea and mountains and enjoy the spectacular fjord view. The house is fullly ecuipt with all you need also bedlinen and towels are always included. This is our home away from home, we want more people to enjoyit. 4 bedrooms, decent size, 3 double beds in different sizes, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. there is only 1 toiletroom and 2 seperate showerrooms , size of shower is 70x90 cm and 90x90 cm
