Cabin on Flekkerøy with a lovely view of Oksøy. Sun from morning to evening, undisturbed outdoor area, fire pan and grill. Fireplace/wood stove for autumn/winter. Good play opportunities for children with large lawns and a small playground within 1 minute walking distance. Furnished, large and sunny veranda/terrace on both sides. Nice, large hiking areas. Both prepared walkways and paths around the island. There is also an accessible coastal path around parts of the island. 1 minute walk to the swimming area with beach, Svaberg and good fishing opportunities.

The cabin is cozy, with the sea right outside the door, also got loads of hiking trails and parks nearby. 15 min walk to a lake, where there is a beach. 5 min walk to a grosery shop it is 30 min drive to Kristiandsand zoo. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms of which one is a dining room. One bedroom on the 2nd floor is a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed.
