Apartman se nalazi na drugom spratu našeg smeštajnog objekta i prostire na površini od 60m2. Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka sa komplet kuhinjom i trpezarijom, dve spavaće sobe. Jedna poseduje francuski ležaj, a u drugoj se nalaze 2 kreveta "samca" (za maksimalno četiri osobe), kupatila i dve terase. Na svim vratima i prozorima nalaze se PLISA komarnici i ALU roletne, a na zidovima termo izolacija što omogućava ugodan boravak u letnjim i zimskim mesecima. Apartman poseduje i centralno grejanje.
