The apartments are situated in a quiet part of Karlovy Vary - Staré Rola. The location allows our visitors a pleasant accommodation in a quiet environment with excellent access to the center. Each apartment has its own bathroom with shower, WiFi connectivity or relaxation garden. Karlovy Vary is a spa town with magnificent uniqueness (Hot Spring Colonnades, Diana, Three Crosses, etc.), where every year the most famous International Film Festival (KVIFF) is held.

The house with apartments is located in the historical part of the city. All apartments have a beautiful panoramic view of the Old Town of Karlovy Vary, the Mill Colonnade. The springs with medicinal mineral water are a 5-7 minute walk away. And then, walking along the Tepla River, you can get to the beautiful Dvorak gardens, named after the famous Czech composer. Video cameras are located on the site of each floor and outside on the facade of the house.

It takes only 15 minutes by car to the center of Karlovy Vary to reach the Thermal Hotel, 18 minutes by public transport plus 10 minutes by walk.

The building is located in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Ore Mountains in the village of Kraslice. A very quiet location encourages relaxation as well as sports activities.
