Undoubtedly, the view of the entire valley is the main advantage of our facility. At any time of the year and time of day - it is always beautiful here! Here, you can feel the proximity of nature at every step - direct access to the tourist trail and the singing of birds can calm you down and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

SKØG Harrachov appartment with large terrace

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 03/2026.

Our duplex apartment with terrace is located in a quiet and sunny part of Horní Maršov (7 km from Pec pod Sněžkou and 7 km from Jánské Lázně) with a beautiful view of the local hunting lodge, parish and church on the edge of the forest, yet 450 m from the center. The place is suitable for all ages, families with children and pets. There is a barbecue area. Parking space under the patio - open garage. Since we appreciate every visit, we have a welcome gift for every guest when they arrive.

The apartment is located on the ground floor in a former farm from 1887 with an area of about 40 m2. Guests have at their disposal a separate bedroom with two beds, a kitchen with a hob, a fridge, an electric kettle, a microwave and a set of dishes for preparing meals. The kitchen also has a sofa bed for two people, less comfortable than the beds in the bedroom;) A climatic bathroom with a shower. The space is dedicated to 1-4 people. The apartment is located in a rental house in the center of Broumov. The 50m2 apartment has a bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining room, bathroom and entrance hall. The apartment is suitable for couples, group of friends, family with children, but also for pets (by prior arrangement). In the surroundings you will find the beautiful Baroque Broumov Monastery (200 m), the Broumovsko Protected Landscape Area and the Adršpašsko-Teplice rock town.

Weekend House

The house is located in a quiet village and in a cul de sac. You can enjoy a pleasant stay without city distractions. Outside there is a covered and lighted porch with a grill and smoker, which all located in a fenced yard, where you can enjoy a pleasant evening while roasting sausages or grilling meat. The house has a newly remodeled attic with six beds although after agreement wih the owner extra matraces may be added on the floor.

The offer is a 45m2 apartament with high ceilings, big windows and full concrete floor heating. The living room includes a comfy sofa, dining area, and wide kitchen, furnished with vintage wooden pieces and numerous plants. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and an extra mattress (140x200cm) up on the mezzanine in the living room. Spacious bathroom includes a bath.

The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
