Guest accommodation in a modern, bright annex building on a large park-like property. The home is located in the village of Ajstrup in a scenic area just south of Aarhus. Close to the forest and beach, there are plenty of opportunities to unwind or relax in quiet surroundings. Running and mountain biking trails in the forests. Walking along the beach, swimming, surfing, sailing and kayaking. Restaurants with gastronomy in a class of its own and fish restaurants in Norsminde or lunch in Skovmøllen. The home consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor of the manager's residence for Hårby Dairy. Private entrance and free parking. The house was built in 1905, there are wooden floors and high ceilings in all rooms. Bedroom with double bed and space for a cot - Living room with dining table and 4 chairs, sofa bed with 2 beds, TV, Wi-Fi, books and games - Kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, - Bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine. Outdoor fenced space with dining area and barbecue.

There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

Located directly on Dyngby/Saxild Beach you will find this unique and newly renovated 60's cottage with a focus on creating an exclusive and cozy interior with beautiful surroundings and beach environment. The house is located 30 meters from the beach, so you can enjoy the outdoor areas and the large and beautiful wooden terrace in privacy. The house is 180m2 and provides plenty of space to enjoy both winter and summer seasons and has been completely modernized a few years ago.

I'm renting out my cozy little home. 5 beds. Possibility to use a fold-out mattress in the living room or sofa bed in the living room.
