We are at the center of everything (restaurants, boutiques, pubs) and you can walk or get easy transport everywhere around town from our place. You can reach Three Crosses Square, Royal Castle, Krakowskie Przedmiescie, Nowy Swiat, Park Lazienki, Palace of Culture and Science. 2 - Our apartment has a lot of character. It's built in 1915 and feels SPACIOUS and TIDY, the ceilings are very high (3,2 m) and it has a lot of natural light because of large window. The place features lots of ARTWORK mainly desginer lamps, sketches of Warsaw and Poster Art of Polish School. Constructed in 1915, this apartment is located at the heart of Warsaw. It has recently been renovated and refurnished to accommodate as much as maximum 4 GUESTS. The minute you'll walk in, you'll fall in love with this TIDY APARTMENT featuring old Warsaw architectural style with 3,2 meters CEILINGS, Large WINDOW, DESIGNER LAMPS, MODERN KITCHEN and CLEAN/WHITE BATHROOM with beautifully designed mixers and faucets for showers. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would find in a LUXURY HOUSE, such as NEW POTS AND PANS, COFFEE MACHINE and CAFETERIA, MICROWAVE, BASIC COOKING KIT, and other things essential for short and long term stay. The NEW DELUXE QUEEN SIZE BED is equipped with new bed sheets and COTTON-SATEEN COVERS. The APARTMENT has also DESIGNER SOFA that can fit an extra 1-2 people (140x200cm). The high definition 48" TV has full access to cable TV and APPLE TV (FILMS ON-DEMAND). You can get access to WiFi internet (HIGH SPEED CONNECTION – LTE) which give you access to YOUTUBE,WEB BROWSER. The brilliant SOUND SYSTEM is great to listen music from IPHONE. Bathroom has a DELUXE FINISH, with DESIGNER mixer and faucets for SHOWER. Shower is quite large to ensure pleasant bath. You can find in the apartment HAIR DRYER, IRON, and WASHER. In the apartment there is central heating which turns on when temperature outside collapses below 15 celsius degree. It makes space feel comfortable. The property is located at the center of the city in a quiet neighborhood. Within a few minutes' walk, there are many activities, historical sites, restaurants, bars, shopping options, and grocery stores. A two minutes’ walk from the apartment, you'll find the TRAM/BUS STATION and VETURILO BIKE SYSTEM, which can take you anywhere in the city for several EURO per two hours. We live in a quiet area and we are looking for respectful Guests who will treat our home and neighbourhood as their home.

A place to stay and relax in the most beautiful district of Warsaw - Saska Kępa. The National Stadium is 1 km from the apartment. The legendary Efes kebab is 150 m away. 15 min by public transport to the city center, 7 min by car. Nearby is the famous Francuska Street full of atmospheric restaurants, the beautiful Skaryszewski Park and the green bank of the Vistula River, ideal for a walk or bike ride. The apartment is quiet and peaceful, there are all the necessary electronics and household appliances as well as air conditioning.

There are plenty of bars and restaurants, as well as shops and boutiques. Great communication 3 minutes to the metro station, bus stop, 5 to the central station, 20 minutes from the airport A spacious living room with a kitchenette, a large and comfortable sofa, and a TV. In April and May, the building façade is being renovated, and scaffolding has been erected around the building!

Hi, welcome to the Downtown, our beloved neighbourhood. We would like to invite you to a cosy flat that we renovated ourselves, putting a lot of heart into it. Hoża 19 is a great starting point for exploring the city, both on foot and by public transport. From the Central Railway Station you can get here in 10 minutes by direct bus, and to the Old Town in 15 minutes you can take a tram from the stop 250 m away. You can walk to the Centrum metro in 10 minutes and to the Lazienki Park in 20 m.

While designing the interior of our cosy accommodation, we tried to combine comfort with luxury.
