Varmt välkomna till vårt mysiga hus i hjärtat av Sollentuna. Kortast hyrtid minst två nätter, vi hyr inte ut huset i syfte att ha fester/evenemang. Det är inte tillåtet att bjuda in fler personer till huset under vistelsen Med bästa läget i Häggvik ligger huset 3 min från E4an, 5 minuter från Häggviks handelsplats (10 min gång), 4 min till Sollentuna Centrum (10 min gång), 3 min ner till vackra Edsviken som också har en badstrand. (10 min gång) Pendeltåg Sollentuna C - Stockholm C (ca 13 min)

Fantastic family house outside Stockholm

Perfect house near Stockholm. Fantastic family house in a calm area 15 minutes with car outside Stockholm, Sjöberg. A modern house with 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, separate tv-room. open kitchen and living room. Has separate guesthouse if needed for 3 extra people. The house has forest just behind. Close to the bus, supermarket, sushi, pizza restaurant, playgrounds and water (lake and sea). In the garden there is a terrace pool, a pergola, soccer goal, gym bar area, barbecue and trampoline.

En villa på 130 kvadratmeter plus källare. Trädgård med altan, grill, pool, studsmatta, gungor, klätterställning och rutschkana. Poolen är öppen slutet av juni till augusti. 10 minuters promenad till stranden, nära till busshållplats (3 minuter), pendeltåg (15 minuter). Med buss kommer du till centrum på 8 minuter, där finns många affärer och restauranger. Ett mysigt fik och en restaurang finns inom 5 minuters gångväg. Vill du in till centrala Stockholm gör du det med pendeltåg (12 minuter).
