Casita de campo situada en una soleada ladera del Valle de Sóller. Tradicional casa mallorquina a unos 2 Km del centro de Sóller. La casa se encuentra en una finca de montaña de unas 3 Hectáreas con vistas panorámicas al valle y las montañas (acceso estrecho y empinado). Esta propiedad permite disfrutar del sol y las vistas en un entorno rural. También, se puede disfrutar de la gran piscina compartida (junto a la casa de los propietarios); esta se encuentra a unos doscientos metros de distancia.

Les extérieurs sont aménagés avec une très grande terrasse et une piscine de 46m2. Vues dégagées sur toutes les montagnes de Soller et bains de soleil assurés. Le tout entouré de Jardins d'orangers. C'est notre maison de vacances que nous rénovons pour améliorer un confort déjà réel. Literie neuve.

Adjacent to the large salon and dining area the shaded pergola is ideal for alfresco dining and entertaining. A large area of grass leads to the orchards. Village & country paradise in UNESCO heritage site

Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

The Casita is only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Soller Town, which gives the perfect mix of mountain seclusion and town living. Fast and consistent Wifi, A/C, king sized bed, fully equipped kitchen, TV, BBQ, wood stove, towels, linen and washing machine. The Casita has everything that you would need for the perfect getaway.

1-2 bedroom house - pool, tennis court and jacuzzi

* We have renovated our tennis court for the 2025 season. Its a "hybrid" clay court and new LED lighting. Pictures are live! A perfect place for 1-2 couples or a family of 4 to get away. We have 2 bedrooms available but the base cost is only for 1 room. If you are only 2 people but want the additional room you will need to make the booking as if you were 3 people as we charge an additional fee for the second room. Preciosa casa de campo, muy bien situada a unos 10 minutos del centro andando,se puede visitar la plaza,el Museo Modernista Can Prunera,situado en la calle comercial la Luna. Coger el tranvía para ir al Puerto de Sóller. Desde casa en coche está a 10 minutos la playa del Puerto de Soller. Totalmente renovada y con todos los lujos necesarios para tener unas vacaciones de ensueño en un paraje idilico.

Superb house for comfort and relaxation

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
