Living room is furnished with a TV, sofa, and coffee table. Bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine. The sleeping alcove has a 140x200 cm bed. Rented fully furnished, with utilities (electricity, cable TV, and broadband) included in the rent. Parking spaces outside the building and access to the waterfront promenade.

Metro is 600 meters walk. Huset är byggt 2013 så visst slitage finns. Jag har många gröna växter & blir jätteglad om mina gäster ger dem vatten.

Rent a private room in our guest house just outside central Stockholm. It has its own entrance, a fold out double bed (160 cm wide), a small bathroom with a shower, a desk, Wi-Fi and a nice view towards the lakeside promenade of Karlbergs strand. The room has no kitchen. But it has a coffee machine, water boiler, and tiny 4 liter fridge for milk, 33cl cans, etc. We provide coffee and tea. Parking in our driveway for an extra 100 SEK per night. Access to private dock for swimming in summer
