Small cozy house in a typical Avesnois village. Quiet and serene environment in the countryside, conducive to relaxation with a large garden. Many walks on foot or by bike, as well as main shops 3 kilometers away. The house is 10 minutes from Val Joly where a multitude of activities are offered (swimming pool, pedal boat, mini golf, windsurfing, horseback riding,...). The glass museum is 5 kilometers away as well as Maroilles, a small typical village of the Avesnois.

Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the Avesnois, with an area of 80 m2, fitted out in the attic with a mezzanine overlooking the living space. Spacious, authentic and graphic, a real favorite once inside! Composed of an equipped kitchen with a marble-effect credenza and matte black velvet facades.
