Situat a una zona residencial molt tranquil·la, però molt cèntrica, a només 5 minuts a peu del centre històric, per visitar, comprar... In Manresa city (NOT BARCELONA), Luxury industrial loft with a sunny terrace, romantic ambience, quiet and amazing views sunsets against the nearby mountains. Designed by an artist to be both highly functional and romantic. Located about 40 kms from Barcelona. The bedroom has a kingsize bed and the spacious living room includes bench that converts into 2 single beds if needed (see photos). The loft is on the second floor of the building. There is no lift/elevator. LGBTQ+ friendly.

Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.
