We are located in the heart of the Brisbane Valley only 1H drive from Brisbane and 30min from Ipswich. Only 3min drive from Fernvale town ship, build on quiet country side surrounding . Our Hut is self contained accommodation in a fully renovated 100 years old Corn Shed. Decorate old Australiana goods around the building, unique Australian outback feel. We will provide the breakfast hamper include Cereal, Bread, Eggs, Milk, Butter, Jam, Coffee & Tea. You will enjoy a relaxing time with us.

Relax at Mellum view

You have the ground floor all to yourself in a 2 storey house. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful hinterland town of Maleny and 15 minutes to the popular Australia Zoo or 30 minutes to the beaches at Caloundra. Children are welcome and we provide a high chair, a safety bed rail and a port a cot, if needed. Your dog is welcome also, it will share the backyard with our friendly dog unless you advise otherwise. I can keep my dog upstairs.

Bertha the Bus with gorgeous outlook

A perfect getaway from the mayhem. A stay in Bertha gives you the opportunity to have a few days, or longer, in a tranquil setting with views over the dam. You can do as little or as much as you like, relax for your entire stay, take a bush walk, swim or paddle in the dam, enjoy the fire pit, or chat to the animals. If you'd like to venture away from the property we are close to the Glasshouse Mountains, Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Bribie Island or D'Aguilar National park.

Colinton Country Lodge

Set back on a 12000 acre cattle property just over 1 ½ hours drive West of Brisbane and 20 minutes drive from Kilcoy, Toogoolawah and Blackbutt and only a short drive/ride from the very popular Brisbane Valley Rail Trail. The lodge has a large verandah on 2 sides where you can sit back and relax or have a game of pool, watch the kids play badminton or volleyball or read a book. The perfect spot for short stays, centrally located between Brisbane & the Sunshine Coast, this private 1 bedroom guesthouse with secure car accommodation (lock up garage) is located in a quiet suburban neighbourhood. Pet friendly however strictly small dogs (under 10kgs) or cats only. Our accommodation is not suitable for medium or large dogs. Please read the “Other Details to Note” for more information.

We offer a quiet, secluded stay on 50 acres with beautiful country views and fresh air, which you can enjoy by yourselves. In addition, we have a few animals who will also enjoy your company and a pat, or carrot or two. Local businesses and shops are only 10 minutes away.
