From the balcony you can enjoy incredible sunsets and flaming northern lights. Along the sea road to Skaland - 4 km - the nature experiences are in line - white sandstones - sea and mountain formations. Skaland offers a cafe, a great grocery store and a local pub. Lambing from mid-April to the first week of May - opportunity to see the little lambs and the proud mothers.

House location is next to main road E8, easy to travel to another city, easy access and a bus stop also right in front.

Dåfjord Lodge & Ocean sauna

Beautiful and rustic house by the sea in the countryside 1 hrs drive from the city of Tromsø. The area is great for hiking, skiing, fishing and watcing the midnight sun in the summer and aurora borealis during winter. For a fee, our guests can also book the ocean sauna hot tub facilities , with a woodfired hot-tub and sauna placed on a big outdoor deck with a fireplace and a cosy indoor chill-zone. Guests can use our 12ft rowing boat and some fishing gear for free during the summerseason.
