Cozy little house in the quiet area of Son Parc. Surrounded by pine trees, it is an ideal place to enjoy your holidays by the sea. It is a few minutes walk from the crystalline Arenal de Son Saura beach, perfect to go with children. It has private parking, barbecue and terrace with sea views and community swimming pools and paddle tennis court. In the area there are little shops, supermarkets and restaurants, as well as the only golf course in Menorca. Just half an hour from Mahón airport, it is in a strategic position to discover the most beautiful corners of the island.

Apartment just 200 meters from the beach, large terrace with barbecue. 2 swimming pools and paddle tennis court. Ocean and mountain views. It consists of a double bedroom, living room, kitchen and a bathroom. Very quiet area, with services nearby (supermarket, shopping area, golf... has private parking. You can enjoy a great summer, visit beautiful coves such as Cala Pregonda, Cavalleria, etc. Being in the center, it is ideal for getting to know the island. The apartment is fully equipped.

The development is very quiet and the house has wonderful views of the golf course and the mountains. If you feel like going to the beach, you can walk to Arenal de Son Saura (1km) or drive 5 minutes. The apartment is perfectly located at an intermediate distance from all the tourist attractions on the island. Disconnect from the routine and relax.
