Nice apartment located in the residential area of Son Parc, 200 meters from the magnificent Son Saura beach. The apartment is very well kept, renovated, equipped and very tastefully decorated. It has a pleasant terrace with sea views and sun loungers, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom and a bathroom. It has air conditioning and wi-fi internet. The complex has large garden areas and community pools. There is no nearby business or commercial activity likely to cause nighttime inconvenience. Very elegant apartment, decorated in Menorcan style, well located in Playas de Fornells, close (10-minute walk) to the family beach of Cala Tirant, and with spectacular views of the sea and Cap de Cavalleria. The 3 bedrooms are designed as suites worthy of a boutique hotel: they all have their shower rooms, toilet, dressing room and office area, as well as beautiful windows with unobstructed views, which can be obscured by curtains and shutters.
