The home is located on Sydfyn and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book for 6 people. From October to April, the house is intended for 4 people, as the 2 beds are in an unheated annex. Real holiday coziness. 200 m to a child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing for trout and mackerel, among other things. The price does not include linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra/person. Write a message when booking if the linen package is desired. (Annex with two beds is for summer use only)

The private courtyard faces southwest. Half of it is a large covered terrace. The location is in the center of the city with a 5-minute walk to the beach, harbor environment, pedestrian streets, eateries and shopping. The TV is with the DR app and Chromecast. There are several free parking spaces within a short walking distance, see under the item “More about the area”.

There is a private terrace and garden with a fireplace. There are many opportunities for hiking and cycling, both in the woods and by the beach. Gråsten Castle 7 km. The brick factory museum "Cathrines Minde" 5 km. Dybbøl Mill and History Center "1864" 8 km. Sønderborg 10 km. Universe 25 km. Flensburg 20 km. Shopping 3 km. Good beach 6 km. Unique and charming beach cottage on the waterfront overlooking Gamborg Fjord, Fønsskov and Lillebælt. Undisturbed location on a south-facing slope with a large enclosed wooden terrace, private beach and bridge. Possibility of fishing, swimming and hiking in nature. Located 5 km from Middelfart and the Funen highway. The beach cottage was newly renovated in 2022 with a simple and functional decor. The style is bright and maritime, and although the cottage is small, there is plenty of room for 2 people and possibly also a small dog.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

Necessary service is available as well as microwave and fridge. On the property's 6 ha, occasionally horses go, the neighboring property is one of Denmark's largest vineyards. You can enjoy some lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia . Approx. 6 km to shops. Approx. 35 km to Legoland. There is no public transport to our location.

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.
