In the kitchen, there is free tea and instant coffee if you are staying on a daily basis. This beautiful, thatched house is completely undisturbed in the shelter behind the dune right out to the North Sea and has a wonderful view of the valley and its rich wildlife. Here is a very special atmosphere and the house is beautiful whether you want to have fun with family and friends, come to enjoy the tranquility and the wonderful landscape or want to sit focused on some work. There is always shelter right around the house, where the sun is from when it rises until the evening falls. You can go down to bathe in a few minutes.

You can make your own breakfast in the small kitchenette with 2 hotplates and kitchen utensils, or you can order breakfast from us (for an extra fee) Enjoy the sunrise with steaming hot coffee at the sight of thousands of migratory birds at the Tipperne bird sanctuary. Nostalgic new holiday home for 6 people in the old barn building. The entire home is on the ground floor and built in the old spa hotel style of 1930. We live in the main house on the property, at the end of a quiet gravel road, with nice quiet and rural surroundings. We are a family with 2 children. We have horses, dwarf goats, cats, dogs. We want our guests to experience a relaxed atmosphere of country idyll, nostalgia and comfort. The holiday home has its own small garden and a cozy wooden terrace with a garden pavilion.

There is a sauna available for a nice warm up after the cold seasons on the water, or after a walk in the very nice nature that surrounds the property. The house is conveniently located only a 15 min drive to the North Sea with wave and sandy white beaches. You can enjoy a barbecue in the summer evenings as well.

Our charming and cozy cottage is located on a lovely natural plot in a quiet cottage area. We often use the house ourselves, and it therefore also contains private items (clothes, toiletries, etc.).
