Nice bright cottage with kitchen in open connection to the living room, which has a wood-burning stove. The house has 4 lovely bedrooms, a small bathroom with toilet and sink, a larger bathroom with sauna and shower. Around the house there are several terraces, so the sun can be enjoyed all day, as well as a large garden with plenty of opportunity to relax. The cottage is located so there is the possibility of privacy and close by is a nice beach with a good sandy bottom. The price is excl. electricity consumption.

The cottage is spacious at 83m2 with three bedrooms, a bathroom with sauna, a kitchen/living room, where the kitchen is fully equipped. There is plenty of room to spread out on the terrace as well as to be able to romp in the large garden. The house is quite close to the popular gendarmsti and is only a 10-minute drive to Sønderborg + 25-minute drive to Flensborg if you want to go to town to shop.

From the 2 large windows in the sloping roof you have a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea, which is right outside the door. Wi-Fi and TV are provided A travel bed can be provided on request
