From the living room, there is access to a cozy courtyard and laundry room with a washing machine. A cozy furnished cottage with a personal touch, beautifully located in a quiet and child-friendly environment.

The house is bright and beautiful and furnished with a kitchen and living room in one. 3 bedrooms with 5 beds. Terrace, with covered dining area. Located on a large, secluded plot with room for lounging, playing and ball games and good sheltering opportunities. Beautiful nature with many good trails around the area and to the playground. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is located about 1400 m from the beach and there are 1200 m to shopping.

Nearby you can find a playground, golf course, fishing lake and Lalandia Søndervig. There is Wi-Fi in the house, as well as great opportunities to read a book or play a game with the family.

Mulighed for at benytte/booke vildmarksbad 500kr for 1 klargøring Den lille lejlighed har egen indgang mini køkken, køl lille fryseboks, mikrobølgeovnen miniovn kogeplade og kaffemaskine. Man sørger selv for morgenmad. Men jeg køber gerne ind for dig. Blot skriv hvad du ønsker så afregner vi efter bon. Et enkelt lille kæledyr er også velkommen såfremt de ikke kommer i møblerne. Rygning forbudt!!!!
