This is a comfortable modern house in the nature overlooking a beautiful calm river Luleälv. Panorama windows, large terrace with views and lots of light. Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Välkommen till Lill Backa och Loftet! Denna charmiga lägenhet ligger i en naturskön by 2 mil utanför Luleå stad och 15 minuters bilfärd från Luleå Airport. Lägenheten ligger inne på en familjegård med anor från början av 1900-talet. På ängarna runtikring betar både kor och hästar. Från augusti till mars kan man, om vädret tillåter, se både vintergatan och norrsken.

Fint litet hus invid Råneälven. Från början har det tjänat som bagarstuga. Varsamt renoverat. Ett enkelt utrustat kök där det går bra att koka och värma upp mat i microvågsugn. Endast enklare matlagning och ingen stekning är tillåten eftersom det inte finns någon köksfläkt. The northern light is common at the house, if the weather is right.

Friluftshuset vid Snöberget

This Nordic-style house, typical of northern Sweden, is set in a peaceful, natural environment. Its remote location provides clear skies for viewing the northern lights, and the surrounding area is home to both moose and reindeer. Nearby, the Snöberget Nature Reserve offers further opportunities to explore the the landscape.

I have been rearranging the room since I bought the flat, the last few pictures are the present ones. I am satisfied by now. It will keep this way for a while. Perhaps I will arrange more later. Hope it will be a good surprise for guests.
