Smaller farmhouse 45 sqm 1 bedroom, bathroom with shower and combined kitchen/living room with TV on small horse farm with all amenities. Bed linens and towels and some coffee are included. 1.5 km from E 12 in the village with Sweden's second longest birch alley. Close to the nature reserve Brånsjön, the ski slope Middagsberget, 4 km to central Vännäs and 30 km to central Umeå. Buses within walking distance. Animals are in the yard but the farmhouse is allergy-friendly, no animals stay there. Internet via WiFi for video calls is available.

Here you live quietly and peacefully ten minutes from Umeå. Private house, 40-square-meter house with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The house also consists of a nice living room with TV and super fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to extra bed is available in the form of a nice sleeping mattress to put on the floor. There is, of course, a toilet with shower that also accommodates a combined washer and dryer. Comfortable full-size beds 80x200cm and an extra bed with spring mattress 80x200cm, with bed mattress.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. A townhouse on top of the city's mall with all the comforts within reach. Take the elevator down to the square and take advantage of the proximity to restaurants bars market hall museums and city life. There is also a lovely luxury Gym with the sauna house to use for a fee. Parking in the garage in the basement is included and provides amazing convenience. Stop and enjoy the city if you are in transit or visit beautiful Umeå and enjoy.

Rurally located on Ön (an island in Umeälven) and within walking distance of both the airport and central Umeå, you will find this micro house on wheels. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities and you can choose if you want to buy breakfast or arrange it yourself in the nice kitchen. In summer, we have the open craft shop and garden cafe Eljest on the same farm. Large parking lot is about 50 meters from the house. There is an opportunity to charge your electric car at cost. Wood-fired sauna & hot tub are available, SEK 750/4h hot tub, SEK 750/4h sauna. Bed linens/towel rent SEK 150 per person.
