With us, you stay in a newly produced apartment close to ski and bike lifts (about 200 meters). Outside, there are trails and paths for running, biking and cross-country skiing and a newly built outdoor gym. Welcome to a new, fresh accommodation 5 meters from the lake. Relax and enjoy some luxury and fresh air. Double bed in the loft and sofa bed 140 cm in the basement. Keep in mind that the house has an open floor plan between all floors, which makes privacy a little limited. You come here primarily to relax and rest. But if you want to do things, there are many options! Winter is usually very snowy. Hassela Ski Resort is close by car, about 15 minutes away. The hot tub is closed when the temperature is below -15 degrees.

The house was built in the 1880s and was originally a lodge that was then rebuilt into a residential building. The house is located in beautiful Forsa in a rural environment and is therefore also decorated in a rural style. Nature is close by and so are golf courses, ski trails and mountain bike trails. Within walking distance is also Hälsingegården Ystegårn, which has both a restaurant and an interior design shop.
