Isabela, who attended to us, is super attentive and always responded to us very quickly. The apartment is as described and served us super well. The only issue is that we always need to access the condominium through the visitors' gate and some doormen were a little lost with the fact that it was Airbnb and sometimes it took a while for them to let us in. But otherwise, everything was fine and very good.

The accommodation was wonderful!!! The house is amazing, with everything of great quality and all automated with Google Home. The hosts, of a great kindness, received us at check-in, showed us the space and explained everything about how to use the tablet for the operation of light, sound, and even the slide. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a huge fridge. The bedrooms and bathrooms had bedding, blanket and towels. The gourmet area is very cozy, with a beautiful fireplace for the cold days and an excellent set of lights that made all the difference in the nights. The sauna is also a delight. We hired Tania, a helper the hosts indicated, and it made all the difference in our stay. I recommend it too much and we will certainly return at some other time.

Simone's place is simply impeccable, perfect. Extremely clean and organized, everything works well, fireplace, sauna, jacuzzi,the house is very well equipped, in the photos it already has an idea, but it is much better in person. The peace that this place offers is surreal, we will definitely return. Simone, even out of the country, made a point of staying in touch until we arrived and settled in, very dear. We have the help of Ana, it was essential for our stay to be even better, Ana is super efficient, helpful and very discreet.

Sítio Nova Europa is simply amazing! From the impeccable decoration, which deserves a standout apart, to the privileged location and all the leisure possibilities that the place offers. Both the main house and the guest house are extremely well equipped, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay. During our visit, we count on the attentive support of Fatima, always helpful and careful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The host, Victor, was also exemplary, providing all the necessary support from the time of booking until the end of our stay. We're already looking forward to come back and live this experience again!
