The private area consists of 82m2 and it is located in a new building, built by the Cyrela construction company to high finishing standards, with 24-hour security and entrance. A 24-hour supermarket that operates Sunday-Sunday is just 50 meters away. The metro is right at the corner, just 100 meters from the building.

Ninho do Condado dos Guapuruvus House. Is it a treehouse? Yes and no. A suspended chalet? Yes and no. A cabin? A kind of nest house? Yeah, maybe so. Definitely an experience. 2 floors and a ground floor. Almost a little building. I decided to share and make it available whenever the demand is for a maximum of 4 people. Fireplace, sauna, thermal sheet… next to a river… we do not accept visits without prior authorization. We have an extra cottage for the second couple.
