The apartment is very nice, but it needs some finishes, you have to be elastic on the small bites, such as the noise of the air conditioners in the basement rooms, or the bathroom that leaks from the shower and floods the floor and if you leave open, whistle type of car alarm. Small things we serenely overflew over the groceries. Very high bed pillows and incomplete kitchen supplies and some to fix. We, however, really liked the house, there were 7 of us and we appreciated the proximity to the sea, the tranquility and care of the staff in turning off the outdoor lights in the morning, opening and closing the gates to the sea in the morning and evening and removing the water from the common side when it rained.

Elke was a great host! She picked us at the station, took us for tea, to a restaurant for lunch and told us all about the medina, places to go and places do avoid. She answered all our questions regarding the Tunisians way of life and other subjects we were curious about. The Airbnb is inside the medina so there’s some noise at night. The terrace offers 360 degree view of the city. Thank you for your integrity!

I advise everyone to come here, Mondher is an amazing person, very welcoming. The accommodation is very spacious, super well located, close to all amenities on foot. In short, a great vacation in a great place. 👍 I recommend it to anyone who reads this message.

I have been to Tunisia a few times and this has to be my favourite place i stayed. Superb host, an absolutely fantastic person, answered all calls and msgs no matter the time. He was so understanding when i had issues with missing my flight and accommodated me for an extra 2 nights at such short notice and for a great price. I would love to stay here every time i visit, great apartment with all the facilities you need. I would recommend this apartment to everyone!

I was delighted with my rental, perfect for our family of 4. The location is peaceful, welcoming, well maintained. A vehicle is a must but the beach is within walking distance. The caretakers and cleaning staff in the residence are very kind. Nizar is a very welcoming host, responsive to the slightest request and always reachable. We had a lovely stay in Hammamet with the family. The house was large, welcoming, well-equipped and very pleasant. The exterior was very well maintained and furnished with lots of flowers and places to settle in. The neighborhood is very quiet and secure. The host was responsive and very friendly. The house is ideal for families and even for a group of friends. We returned with very beautiful memories in our heads. We really debris at home and what a pleasant feeling. Serine and her mom are very nice and care about hosting well. Thanks to them.

This house is in a great location and full of homely comforts to make it a lovely stay. Seconds from the beach and a few minutes from the nearest shops/restaurants. Beautiful bedrooms, living area and kitchen with all the gadgets. Everything that is needed is on hand and communication with Mohamed was always quick ad efficient. A great house!

The host was very nice and accommodating person. He was answering very fast on our messages. The apartment met our expectations and was exactly how is the description in the app. Fully equipped with all the amenities that one family need for long stay there. 2 weeks spent in Amine's functional accommodation, which was very responsive when needed. Great location , close to all amenities on foot: swimming pools , beach , restaurants, market... Great accommodation for 4 people , all the necessary equipment is already provided in large numbers ( dishes, towels , spices for cooking, toilet paper...); which is very convenient! I had a great stay and made many great memories here! I rented the place for 2 months. The location is good, very walkable and accessible to taxi service as well! Everything I needed was close by. I did some other travels from here and felt very secure in leaving belongings behind. The building is very secure! Any issues I had were dealt with promptly and Habib was quick to respond and very polite and kind! I would definitely return to this nice, beach side location! I did alot of cooking here and found that the kitchen was well stocked with all the basics! Overall, a fantastic experience!😁 Thanks Habib

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely apartment with a large balcone overlooking the port. I can honestly say the view is more beautiful than the pictures. The flat is spotless clean consists of comfy beds, powerful hot water, microve, Tv satellite with hundreds of international channels, washing machine and so on and so on. The host Nejat is a super host, trustworthy, friendly and vey kind answering any question you may have. This was a great place to stay, far enough from the overly touristy places to get a proper experience of Tunisia, and close enough for a comfortable stay. The beach is right there.

The apartment is spacious, bright, functional and very well-equipped. A small haven of peace, close (2 min walk) to the beach, ideal for a large family. The apartment is also close to all amenities ( supermarket, bakery, fish market, primeurs ... ) and the amphitheater of Hergla for evenings under the stars. We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment which perfectly matched everything listed on the listing and shown in the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped and high standard. A little nod to coffee lovers who will find a Nespresso machine and its basket of capsules at their disposal. The reception was very warm. Sofiane was very attentive to her guests, reachable on the phone and receptive to all our requests. Small mention for Mrs. Latifa who was on site and attentive to our entire family. We will definitely be back for the next vacation with great pleasure.

Very spacious apartment in the heart of Chatt Meriem in a clean residence right on the water. Secure parking + wifi + Air conditioning available. Med Amir was always available to answer my questions. Very satisfied 🙏
