Holiday rentals with beach access in South America

Hey, this is probably one of the best buildings/units in Cartagena... The view... My God, the VIEW!!! It sets off a intimate and awesome vibe. The security were nice. The cleaning staff were nice... The Host, Carlos is the MAN!!! The beach is across the street and everything you need is in walking distance. Stay here once, you'll be back again (in my Tony Montana voice 😂)

The apartment is very well located, there is everything close by, including a large mall, Praiamar, which you can walk. João always responded very quickly and we had an intercurrence only with the control of the TV that was resolved promptly. All environments were very clean and organized when we arrived. In matters of kitchen items, the apartment is very well equipped. I would definitely host again.

Our stay in Cartagena was incredible, and this apartment made it even better. It was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The balcony was a dream with absolutely breathtaking views; we spent so much time just soaking it all in. We arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time, but the host was kind enough to let us drop off our bags so we could head out and start exploring the city. We were able to pick up the key later, which made everything super convenient. The building was spotless, and everyone we encountered was attentive and welcoming. We felt completely safe throughout our stay and quickly got to know our way around the area. Overall, a fantastic experience—would definitely stay here again!

Best anniversary celeb ever! Lee was such an amazing hostess. Took care of all of our needs and requests including helping us book a quad at an excellent rate. So much to do and more then end the day at the villa with a spectacular view. You won’t be disappointed!

Sandra has been very friendly and quick to address our concerns . The building is very nice and the humid areas are very nice. The location is close to the wall but it is not to transit at night as it is dark

If you love animals & nature, this spot is for you! We got to meet the owner & learned that our stay contributes to planting trees- which is amazing to know! The beaches are beautiful & everyone is so humble and friendly. Worth the trip & we look forward to coming back!

The house was as described, the host was welcoming, responded quickly to questions and gave suggestions. The internet was fast. Everything was very comfortable and convenient. The beach club down the street was a bonus when we didn’t feel like going to town for breakfast.

Due to an unfortunate issue with our original place to stay, we had to make a last minute pivot. We were so grateful to have found Richard’s place and his incredible hospitality. This place is toward the north part of the town, so it felt much less crowded and it was particularly quiet at night. All we heard were the waves and an occasional lizard on the roof! 😂 We cooked most of our meals at the property, and the kitchen setup worked great. The instant beach access was amazing, and the ability to come back and relax in the hammocks and at the table/couch area in the shade was also a giant perk. Maria cleaned the place each day, which was also a bonus and an example of their wonderful care. It’s located beside a cafe, which does mean more people nearby at times, but it also means quick access to food/drink. Aside from the first evening when a DJ was playing at the cafe (Sunday funday!), it was a quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy a beautiful location. Many thanks!

House identical to the listing, spacious and organized, interesting for those who like a more rustic style. Safe Patio for those who have small children and do not want to leave them only indoors. Secure parking space. We really enjoyed our stay, we recommend it!

José David was attentive at all times and was pending any requests. The house is in excellent condition, each room with its air conditioning and showers with hot water. I would definitely come back again.

Pretty beach house surrounded by a beautiful garden with tall trees filled with toucans and iguanas. Very comfortable bed, nightstand with lamps, plenty of storage space. Good water pressure in the shower, well-equipped kitchen, internet works perfectly. You have plenty of seating inside and outside, the hammocks invite you to chill with a view of the green of the trees. 2 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to restaurants, bus stop is easy on foot. Nicole is very friendly and responds quickly. When a lock was jammed, someone was there right away. Very sweet the welcome with fruit and snacks. It should be kept in mind that it is an airy beach cabin that also has geckos, crabs & cockroaches. The lots of greenery also attracts mosquitoes. A mosquito net for the bed is (still missing). In the bathroom, the wooden wall had brown stains from the humidity, which were also on all towels. We'd like darker colors next time. Despite these points, a great cabin

The house was perfect for our young family. It had everything we needed so we had no stress to bring anything for our family as Joost had thought of everything already. He was responsive and extremely helpful to make sure our stay had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone with a young family!! We had an amazing stay!

Simply amazing! Daniel and his wife are exemplary hosts. Always available to serve and assist us. The house is in a privileged location, for its beauty and security and facing the sea. It is noteworthy (information that Daniel always brought us) that on the beach just the front of the condominium there are many rocks, which makes it a little difficult to shower. Nothing that a walk of a few meters does not solve. Daniel's accommodation was our last stop on the holiday trip, and it was perfect for us to rest and enjoy the natural and condo beauties. I would definitely return and recommend it to everyone. It was a few days, but it was incredible days.

Wonderful Apartment! Well located, a few blocks from the beach, close to markets and restaurants. The atmosphere is beautiful, well decorated, with all the new utensils, and super complete! Township good and clean bedding, great showers, induction stove, washer and dryer, Smart TV, all new and working. Come back for sure!

This location has a private beach and is walking distance to restraunts, marina, and Playa Flamingo. We wish it had a pool. AC and WiFi were good.

This condo is in an excellent location, close to the main road but still quiet. Small grocery store located right across the street and many great coffee shops and restaurants all within a short walk. The condo itself is quite nice as well, perfect for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics needed for cooking.

First of all, congratulating Mary on the excellent attention and respectful treatment she gave us at all times, the place is really beautiful and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The access to the beach is 5 minutes walk, just cross a street and you are enjoying the best sunsets. The place is spotless and provided with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Would definitely visit again!!

We had a great stay. The location is fantastic ! There was a renovation going on at Lagun beach, but it should be finished by now. Scott was very responsive and accommodating, I would recommend this place!!! We had a great time!
