It accommodates 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children, 1 bedroom (double bed and sofa bed), 1 bathroom, kitchen equipped with minibar, stove, microwave, electric coffee maker, grill and utensils. Bed and bath linens are also available, as well as Wi-Fi connectivity.

O espaço possui um fogão a lenha e fica encravado na serra da Mantiqueira, cercado por floresta, aromas da mata e som de cachoeira. Durante todos os meses do ano a natureza mostra o seu encanto, entre os meses de April e Setembro faz muito sol e de Outubro a Março as chuvas aumentam o volume dos rios e um banho de cachoeira torna-se praticamente inevitável.
