A very cozy and super well decorated apartment, it accommodates 5 people well, but is ideal for couples and families up to 3 or 4 people. The apartment is on the third floor in a building without an elevator. The building has no doorman, no swimming pool and no barbecue. It has a kayak that can be rented separately on Guaiuba Beach!

The security of the condominium is of a high standard. The condominium has a restaurant for residents, a gym, a tennis court and a football pitch. It is located in Canal de Bertioga, with access to the sea.
