Holiday rentals with a kayak in South East Asia

This place was amazing. It was exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for a place that was quiet with a beautiful view with easy access to the beach. It was exactly that. I found myself walking into town just to get snacks and drinks so I could get back to just sitting on the balcony in a chair staring at the ocean and watch the spectacular lightning storms we were having in the evening. I used the kayak that was available and toodled around, checking out some of the little pocket beaches and paddling around the oyster farm and sailboats. I ate most of my brunches at the Hill House Restaurant at the top of the stairs, because the staff was friendly and the view was the same as the bnb. It's beautiful and perfect and I would definitely come back. Thanks so much for a great, relaxing week.

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum! Die Lage direkt am Meer, die offene Küche, die Zimmer und der Pool haben uns total geflashed. In der Umgebung gibt es ein paar süße Restaurants und wenig andere Touristen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der ein tolles Strandhaus mit viel Ruhe möchte.

Incrível! É como estar no paraíso... a vista é de tirar o fôlego... vivia aqui se fosse possível! a casa tem todas as comodidades e conforto! 7/11 a 2min a pé como também lavandaria e restaurantes. O único ponto negativo na nossa experiência não tem nada a ver com o alojamento, mas infelizmente haviam pessoas a usarem macacos presos por cordas para tirarem os cocos das árvores... mesmo ao lado do alpendre. Lamentável a exploração animal a que assistimos. Reservava mil vezes novamente.

Location is perfect! Host is very responsive. Amenities, doors ,chairs,couch, outdoor neighbour privacy can be maintained better. Bed is comfortable. AC in bedroom was great We had a really relaxing stay on the beach. The location is again amazing. Walking distance to breakfast and dinner, massages and if you rent transportation easy to assess the whole island. But again location…That what you are paying for. Will recommend and visit again. Thank you!

Baan Moon is everything you could want for a chilled out holiday. The photos don't do it justice. Ian is on hand to help you out; whether it's arranging transfers to and from Bangkok, car hire or giving recommendations for anything you might need. There are great value restaurants very close to the villa and the canoe is a huge bonus for exploring the river. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ians property and the relaxed nature of Koh Chang.

David really helped us in arranging the tour .the four island tour he arranged for us was beyond excellence . Really enjoyed our stay.

Wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit als Familie mit kleinem Baby (1 Jahr) in der Unterkunft. Ich kann die Unterkunft auch sehr für Familien empfehlen, da zu Fuß viel erreichbar ist (Supermarkt, Strand, Restaurants, Night-Market). Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll ausgestattet und man kann sich richtig wohlfühlen. Die Ausstattung für Babys ist auch wirklich klasse. Wir haben die Zeit auf der Insel sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

My stay at this place was simply amazing. The tranquility and peace we experienced were unparalleled, making it the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The serene environment was so enchanting that we couldn't resist extending our stay for an additional night. One of the highlights was definitely the mesmerizing sunset, which painted the sky in breathtaking colors, creating a magical and unforgettable experience. Overall, this place offered everything we needed for a peaceful and memorable retreat, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene escape.

We stayed for a few days at The Lake Farm during the Holy Week break. We really loved the place and we got to do all the outdoor activities we planned to do. My kids enjoyed fishing. The pool was nice. We got to do bonfire and smores. The room is quite spacious for a family of 4 and 2 furbabies. It was also nice to have food delivered since we didn’t want to go out all the time to eat. But we got to cook and grill as well. Thankful that we were provided extra fans in the room to help with the summer heat. We hope to go back when the weather is a little colder. Thanks again Wax for being such a nice host!

友人と3人で宿泊しましたが、とても素敵なお宿でした！宿が清潔で綺麗なのはもちろん、タオルや洗剤など欲しいものが揃えていただいており非常に便利でした。5人乗りのコンパクトなレンタカーも宿の費用内で貸していただき、運転もしやすく燃費も良くアクティブに動くことができました。また空港までの送迎も大変ありがたかったです。人数が多いグループ旅行など最高だと思います！近くにある海はとても静かで、朝の散歩など楽しむことができました。 市街地からは車で30分程度の位置にあり、賑やかな市街地と自然たっぷりの宿の周りの両方を楽しめて本当にいい体験になりました。また石垣島に行くときはぜひ宿泊させていただきたいです！ありがとうございました。

Das Cottage war ein absoluter Traum! Alles war super sauber, sehr liebevoll und minimal eingerichtet, man hat alles was man benötigt Vorort. Der Check in und die Kommunikation mit Jillian war makellos und sehr erfrischend. Die Lage ist super mit Blick auf den Big Buddah. Wir fühlten uns als wären wir Zuhause, gerne kommen wir wieder ♥️🙏🏽 Danke für die tolle Zeit! Anni & Basti

It’s clear why Maria’s place consistently gets five star reviews. The location is excellent, remote and just steps from the beach yet with good roads that are accessible to any vehicle. The property is beautiful and relaxing, we loved the pool so much! The casita we rented had its own fenced in area so it was perfect for our dog. The barbecue grill was well stocked with a crate full of charcoal which we made good use of. They also provided restaurant quality meals to their guests, made by Maria’s husband JV. We had the gambas, the pasta with pesto and on the last night we ordered the hand tossed pepperoni pizza, all of it was amply portioned and absolutely delicious! We had such a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back!

the place is super! chill ung waves so kids friendly. hindi malamok and malamgaw yung place! im a fan of wood furnitures so I appreciate yung wood works around their place, couldve been plastic stuff pero hindi hehe. kitchen needs, complete din! sobrang daming fan so wala din problema. super lamig din aircon. malakas din wifi. as in beachfront kaya perfect sa mga hyper kids. had some confusion with caretaker pero eventually was solved. overall it was a great stay. maraming salamat Richard for lending us your home. thank you.

Die Zeit in der Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Haus bot alles, was man braucht und war sehr sauber. Umi war sehr aufmerksam und antwortete schnell auf Fragen. Die Ebbe und die Flut liess sich vom Balkon aus gut beobachten und war eindrücklich. Es gibt viele tolle Restaurants und den Rawai Peer in Gehdistanz. Leider ist der Rawai Beach nicht so sauber und eignete sich für uns nicht zum baden. Hierfür sind wir an einen der nahe gelegenen Strände gefahren, welche in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto / Roller zu erreichen sind.

비세자키에서 스노클링을 하기 위해 예약했어요. 호스트께서 1층에서 스노클링 용품 대여점을 운영하고계셔서 수트와 마스크를 빌릴 수 있습니다. 바다 바로 앞이라 언제든 들어가서 놀고 1분만 걸으면 샤워를 하러 숙소로 올 수 있으니 정말 좋습니다! 주변 산책하기도 좋고요, 아름다운 석양도 보고, 밤에는 별도 많았어요. 숙소의 모든 곳이 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어 있고, 온수도 잘 나오고 침구도 다 뽀송합니다. ㅎㅎ 호스트 두 분 너무 친절하셔서 감사히 머물다 왔습니다. 다음에 또 오고 싶어요.

Very nice and relaxing place. We were also grateful that we were allowed to check-in early, around 11:30 am instead of 2pm. Both rooms - nipa hut room and main room are clean. The locals surrounding the area are also very friendly. We enjoyed our stay there.

Wir bestätigen alles Positive, das hier über Khannithas Homestay geschrieben steht. Khannitha bereitet vorzügliches Frühstück nach unseren Wünschen vor und erweist sich als begnadete Köchin am Abend zum Dinner. Man kann nur empfehlen es auszuprobieren. Von den schönen vorgeschlagenen Tipps haben wir in der kurzen Zeit von drei Tagen drei Exkursionen gemacht, allesamt sehr interessant, der nature Trail im Mangrovenwald im Phang Nga Nationalpark, der Besuch des seit 1940 im Bau befindlichen riesigen buddhistisch-hinduistischen Tempels Wat Maha That und der Sonnenaufgang hinter den Felseninseln vom samet nangshe viewpoint, Start für Frühaufsteher um 04:30 Uhr. Außerdem gute Gespräche mit Morgan, dem dänisch-stämmigen Ehemann der Gastgeberin. Besonders zu erwähnen sind auch die liebevoll mit Pflanzen und Blumen gestalteten Zuwegungen und die auf Stelzen gebaute Terrasse zwischen Mangroven-Bäumen. Dass der Muezzin in der muslimisch geprägten Region zum Gebet ruft, hat uns nicht gestört.

Beautiful place, just as described and shown in the photos. Very close to Kaziranga Eastern Zone. The hosts Gourang and his brother are amazing people with really helpful staff, from the point we checked in they really took good care of us, prepared special customised food - dinner and breakfast options. Gourang gave really good local recommendation and the stay was very comfortable too, with all amenities, easily accessible, would definitely recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay here at Sabai Corner. The staff were lovely and so helpful! The cabin was just beautiful, so clean and comfortable with added extras such as a hammock. With amazing views and stunning location.

도시인 방콕에서 자연의 소리를 듣고, 느끼고, 즐길 수 있는 아주 좋은 공간 이었습니다. 늦은 시간 도착했지만 배려해 주셔서 체크인도 잘 했고, 공간과 동네의 무드가 너무 사랑스러웠습니다. 방콕에 오게 되면 꼭 또 들리고 싶습니다. 감사합니다.
