Cottage holiday rentals in South Gippsland Shire

My family and I had a great time; Norm was friendly and helpful. The cottage is really nice, clean and comfy and the pool is an excellent extra. Sandy Point is nearby in case you need to buy anything last minute. You can also have acces to great food at nearby towns. I definitively would like to come back.

Immaculately presented, peaceful and welcoming. Heather’s guide to the area was also super helpful and helped us plan our weekend. Our dogs enjoyed sniffing the grounds and pretending to be country dogs for a couple of days. It’s a nice drive down to Inverloch or Venus bay and the nearby Middle pub in Korumburra was lovely on a sunny afternoon in the beer garden.

Great base while exploring Wilson's prom. warm and inviting stay. having the animals on the property was a great addition. Norm was so accommodating allowing the kids to meet and feed the chickens.

Beautiful place to stay. Bed was super comfy. Living area nice and spacious with comfy couch. Could sit and take in that view all day. You will find it hard to leave.

Thank you so much for the most wonderful Easter holiday for my family. Sarah's house is absolutely gorgeous, perfect for families- it has such a wonderful cottage vibe. The location is perfect- walking distance to boat ramp and playground and in such a peaceful area. Also a great garden for finding Easter eggs!

Highly recommend staying at this peaceful slice of country paradise :)! Very comfortable beds, lots of outdoor space to explore, a kitchen equipped with everything you could need, and great areas to gather for meals and hanging out. The surrounding area has cows and horses and lots of birdlife - very dog friendly, as well! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This was our second time staying at Mary and Tim’s place. We love how peaceful it is, tucked away in a beautiful green valley. I’m sure we will be back again.

Actually better than expected. We really enjoyed our stay here, 3 kids and 2 dogs. One fence is quite low, so although it’s “enclosed”, it could easily be jumped by a larger dog. Neighbours very friendly and a really peaceful location. Had everything we needed inside.

Kat and Daniel’s place was exactly as pictured and described. The kitchen was well equipped. The lounge area was comfortable, as were the two queen beds. The bathroom and shower were terrific. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great, so we didn’t get to fully enjoy the outdoor and garden areas. In addition, Daniel was great to deal with, responding immediately to our messages when a small problem arose. We would definitely recommend Kat and Daniel’s cottage for beach getaway.

Nina’s cottage provided an amazing get away. Plenty to do, spent 2 nights but could definitely have spent many more. Nina sent across a lovely message with a bunch of recommendations on arrival day. Very responsive to our messages and accommodating for arrival and departure logistics

Lively little house in a great location and great value for money! We only used two rooms but were happy with the outdoor space as well. Only thing to note is that the chicken wire attached to the fence had some holes in it that we blocked with a bin. Be wary if you bring pets. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. Great location with everything you need inside, and a fantastic outdoor space with a fire pit. We will come stay again.

Walkerville South is an absolutely beautiful spot and the views from Con’s place are just magic. You could not find a batter beach for kids and families. We loved the house for a long weekend and especially appreciated the toys and books and the amazing bird watching from the balcony listening to the waves below and the surrounding bush.

The Ridge Retreat was a beautiful and peaceful place to stay for our family (2 kids, parents and grandparents). The scenery was stunning and the house modern, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Loads of outdoor space for the kids to run around too. Tristan and Melinda were very friendly and responsive, providing some great local recommendations. Our children were asking to come back before we had even left! Highly recommend staying here.

Nicki was a really great host. Every little detail was thought through, the place was really cosy and warm. The beds were so comfortable and there was even a welcome pack of breakfast foods on the table, a Bluetooth speaker and kids toys / books. The porch is so peaceful and the view is amazing, highly recommend staying here!
