The apartment is small but compact and includes everything you need. You can park your car in the yard for free and the bus runs right next to it. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. You are warmly welcome. Warm cozy studio with two single beds, a lovely kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In a location that is a short drive from the beautiful town and harbor of Lappeenranta.

The standard rate includes access to a cozy living room, a practical and well-equipped kitchen, 1 to 3 bedrooms, and a private sauna. The main bedroom features either a 180 cm double bed or two 90 cm single beds, along with a dedicated workspace for remote work. Additional bedrooms offer 1 to 2 beds, depending on your needs. You'll also have access to an electric sauna, as well as laundry and drying facilities.

Come to do remote work, vacation, study or otherwise just stay in the middle of nature in the beach landscapes of Lake Saimaa! The market square is only about 5 km away, XAMK about 7 km, the nearest bus stop 1.5 km and Visulahti 4 km. The nearest store is 3.5 km away (S-Market Peitsari). Prisma and Citymarket are 4 km away and the nearest restaurant is there, as well as in Visulahti. Outdoor activities can be done either by jogging, enjoying the terrace or visiting the forest.

The wood-heated sauna has soft steam and a large landscape window. The sauna has a large terrace area for lounging and cooking (barbecue and smoker). Good opportunities for fishing, berry picking, cycling, golf, skiing, etc. The year-round outdoor hot tub, rowboat, 2 SUP boards and 2 kayaks are freely available to tenants.
