Newly constructed unattached studio cottage with canopy queen size bed and super comfortable full size futon. Indoor bath with shower and outdoor bamboo shower. Brand new kitchen and an adorable lanai for enjoying the panoramic view of sunset or morning coffee. Our teak swing above the cottage offers a horizon view of the ocean.

Also: beach towels, chairs, cooler, & umbrella! This Private space is the largest unit of the home.

Coffee Farm Retreat

咖啡庄园 Five acre coffee farm, elevation 1500', about one mile up mountain from Highway 11 south Kona. The road is all weather, paved in some places, a little bumpy, worth the 5 min ride. This is Hawaii farm country, not your suburban street with lights and sidewalks. 100 people will visit, 99 love it, one person will complain about the road. Not for everyone. The best views in Kona, quiet, plenty of room. Out of the way, but not isolated. Two bed rooms and a private loft with views.

The Whale House is a great home to watch the whales migrate down the Kona Coast in season! The house has 3 private bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths on two levels. The upper (primary level) includes a full service kitchen, two master bedrooms and 1 & 1/2 bathrooms. The lower living area is separate from the main living space, is handicap accessible (See Accessibility Notes) and has a private master bedroom and master bath.
