A cosy romantic retreat for two, tucked away between vineyards and an orchard, with a beautiful view of the horizon. In the evening, you can watch the stars, have a glass of wine or help the vineyard grow. A shower under the open sky will refresh you, and the summer breeze will dry you. We have electricity and also a little hut with a view and peace and quiet. But beware, you'll never be alone here - roe deer and Europe's largest beetle roam between the rows, birds fly in, and the woodcock occasionally calls in the deeper forest. Romantic fishing lodge Kozlov

Comfortable cottage in the fishing grounds of the Dalešice dam. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

Chata Lípa

A cottage with a beautiful view of the water surface in the Moravian Karst. It consists of one room (37 m2), a corner with a bathtub and a toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Heating is provided by a fireplace and an infrared panel. There is a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed for two for sleeping. The garden is 777 m2 in size, there is only one neighbour, and it is fully fenced. This offer is for those who want to be in nature and understand what that entails. We built our mini house Pod Ořechy to maintain the maximum possible level of privacy and tranquility. It stands right next to a sheep enclosure and has a wonderful view of the forests and meadows. The cottage is small, but thoughtfully designed. It is located on a fenced property so that your four-legged pets can come with you. On the property you will also find a private Finnish wood-burning sauna with a romantic view, which you can use without restrictions. Inside you will find a comfortable bed, a full bathroom and a kitchenette.
