The apartment is located in a lively and attractive neighborhood with supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants. Still, the apartment is calm and quiet. In close proximity is the largest park in Brno, Lužánky. The famous Vila Tugendhat is also within easy reach, which can be reached by a beautiful walk through Lužánky. The apartment also has a great connection to Výstaviště and the university campus.

Perfect place for longer stays! The flat is generously-sized with one bedroom with a fully-equipped kitchen and spacious dining area. The separate bedroom has a kingsize loft bed and a large sofa. The desk space is perfect for remote working and the flat has a fast internet. There is also a small balcony. The apartment is located in Staré Brno with historical centre within walking distance. At the back of the apartment building, there is leafy park with picnic benches and a communal BBQ grill.

Želešice is a village in the south of Brno. There is excellent accessibility to the center of Brno and the whole of South Moravia . Nearby is Olympia shopping center, Aquapark Aqaland , Wake Merkur. This is a new wooden building. Inside there is a living kitchen with an electric cooker and an oven. The sofa is a sofa bed for two people. Bathroom with shower. The bedroom is with two single beds. Parking is possible 100 meters from the cabin in front of the garage of the family house.

Our beautiful country house is nicely located at the heart of the Lednice-Valtice area, an UNESCO protected region famous for its wines, its palaces and its natural environment. The house is 10 minutes walk from the main square of Valtice, where you can find cafes and restaurants, but conveniently located at the edge of the village, surrounded by wines and fields, and just at the start of the popular wine route.
