Beach route right next to 100m, beach along the route, restaurants, ice cream kiosk. A short walk to the market. Nearby: Swimming pool, Elisa stadium, Charles court, baseball field. Shop in the yard. A spacious, family friendly house in a very calm and relaxing neighbourhood. A lot of space in the garden. Close to a big shopping center as well as cross country skiing track. Kitchen is available only for vegetarian food. Note: 1. No smoking or noisy parties in the house. 2. A big dog lives in the house but the dog is separated from the guest area. He is gentle and kids/pets friendly. 3. Sauna available for 5€ extra fee.
