Chance Cottage Annex is a uniquely built and individual building located within the garden of a 18th Century Cottage. The Annex has been fully refurbished in April 2025 and returning to Airbnb after 2.5years. It has its own private entrance and is located in a quiet part of the pretty village of Holton, near Oxford. The village is just 2 miles from the M40 between High Wycombe and Oxford with easy transport links to Oxford city centre, London, the Midlands, Bicester Village and the Cotswolds.

The self-contained studio is on two floors, which is bright, airy and furnished well with a private entrance. You can get fantastic views at the top of the garden and, better still, from the top field. The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Towersey is one mile from the market town of Thame, and has an excellent village pub plus access to the Phoenix Trail cycle & footpath. The Annex has its own entrance with parking space, a double bedroom with king sized bed & tv, and sitting room with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plus tv. There is a power shower over the bath.
