Charming house in the heart of Goring-on-Thames, perfect for riverside walks, cosy pubs and relaxing countryside breaks. The village sits between two Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, making it ideal for holidays or long weekends. Refurbished in 2021 with two new bathrooms, updated kitchen, new flooring and quality furnishings throughout. Shops, pubs, the River Thames and trains to Oxford and London are all within easy walking distance. Direct trains reach London Paddington in under an hour.

The apartment is only a short walk away from Wallingford town centre yet the village offers its own rural charm. The newly refurbished The Bell pub, offers a great selection of ales, wines and food and is within walking distance. IMPORTANT: ******* Check in, from 2 pm. Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in April 2026!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.
