Welcome to Morada Jardim na Floresta! With typical German architecture, Morada is a half-timbered house with a rustic and contemporary interior, designed for couples seeking refuge in nature combined with a romantic and cozy atmosphere. Located in the rural area of the Vila Nova neighborhood, the property is 30 minutes from downtown Joinville/SC, allowing guests to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city while still being close to the urban area. *Breakfast included for reservations made as of 12/08/2025.

The house is all fenced with screen, private entrance. The mezzanine has a balcony overlooking the countryside, Q/F air conditioning, bathroom (suite) and a comfortable king size bed. On the ground floor there is a social bathroom, cozy living room with Q/F air conditioning, antique furniture, dining table and a beautiful fireplace. The kitchen is spacious and complete. On the property, we produce pitayas, so be sure to enjoy the fruits and their derivatives. For meals, we offer some menu options. Ask for the menu.

The house has an en-suite on the upper floor with a hydro bath, panoramic view of the mountains and the sunrise. Integrated living room and kitchen on the first floor with bathroom, sofa bed and covered outdoor deck. Name inspired by the city of Asolo, located in northern Italy, near Monte Grappa, a large and important mountain in the region.

Enjoy a unique and luxurious experience when you stay at this special place. The house was designed and built to provide the guest with integration with the region's landscape. The site is incredibly surrounded by mountains, offering incredible views from any angle. The house has two floors, the spa is on the upper floor and has a panoramic view. You can hire a UTV tour. The route runs through our region, which is surrounded by mountains, and we pass by buffaloes and rivers.

Family ranch with a well-equipped independent guest house, fireplace with firewood available and exclusive swimming pool for guests. Overlooking the beaches of Pântano do Sul and Açores, Recanto do Ilhéu is a private space that provides you with days of rest in contact with nature. The house has 56 sq. meters containing a bedroom on the mezzanine with a hot tub and air conditioning. Space to leave the car in the house itself, heated 6x3m pool surrounded by a deck, excellent place to relax and enjoy the sunset, we have the option of breakfast, massages, tours separately.

Black Lake House

Just a few meters from the famous Black Lake, you can find excellent restaurants in the neighborhood as well as fairs and recreational activities by the lake. My space is very cozy, the favorite corner of the whole family. It is prepared to offer unforgettable rest days, ideal for those who enjoy the romantic climate and tranquility of the mountain, in a wooded and quiet land of 2,000 m2. My place is good for couples, families and pets.
