Wow! Words can’t express enough how much we enjoyed our stay. From the moment we were met at the door to the moment we left 5 days later we felt welcome! Super comfortable! We enjoyed everything, from our King suite w/ its own balcony, to the sunporch where we at a few meals, to the massage chair, coffee and tea bar, to the pool and the beautiful orchids and friends aka the lovely poodles, birds and koi. We recently got back from a trip to Thailand and the outside felt like we were back in a tropical garden. Inside felt like we were in a mini lux hotel. We will absolutely, definitely stay again if they will have us. My husband worked each day near by and I worked from my laptop while there, but we felt like we were in a heavenly vaca! We overlooked the Hillsborough River and got to watch boaters, bikers, walkers and wild life every evening. Ducks, birds and peacocks.

Stay here!!!!! I can’t say enough great things about this AirBNB!! Great location (safe, walkable, quiet, close to great restaurants and coffee shops!!), GORGEOUS space (the backyard with pool and plants everywhere is a dream come true), and everything you could need inside: comfy beds, a super stocked kitchen (seriously, you could cook anything you want, the kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and pots you need), and very clean! There was a personalized book with local recommendations, the hosts were responsive and kind but gave us space… perfect!!!

Bob and Liz have created the ideal space for the traveling doc! I work the night shift and the unit is very quiet and conducive to sleeping during the day. They were so concerned about providing a quiet space that their regular guests offered to book their stay at another time! I will certainly look to stay anytime I’m in Tampa.

A great stay! We were in town for a concert and this was a convenient uber ride to downtown. The place was clean and easy to access. Would stay again if in the area!

IF YOU ARE A COUPLE IT DOESNT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS! THIS WAS AMAZING AND SPACIOUS! The floors have a very luxury feel and the bed was so comfy and clean. WiFi was amazing, location was amazing, and everything about this place and the host was perfect! You are missing out if you don’t book here!

Brent and his home honestly exceeded my expectations! He was incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, kind, open, going out of his way to make our stay special for my dad's surprise birthday trip, and generous with his time and details with instructions and communication throughout, especially with checking-in and out, suggestions on things to do, and more. Brent was a lovely host and I'd recommend him to anyone! The home was also spotless, all linens and rooms were clean and smelled fresh, all mattresses were very comfortable to sleep without waking throughout the night and we are pretty picky with that, home comes with extra linens, towels, blankets, clothing hangers, everything you need in the kitchen, and for laundry, too! Amazing shed with things you need to make your trip to the beach all that much better too! THANK YOU BRENT!!!

This spot was exactly what I was looking for. Charming, river views that'll take your breath away. Warming welcoming hosts. The welcoming basket was thoughtful and delicious. Every question was answered in a timely manner and friendly. Couldn't have asked for better. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home! Highly recommended!!!

Lis was very accessible. The place was great for the price. The walls were thin as we heard conversations and smelled the food that was cooked. Lis had everything needed for the beach readily available. Other than the walls, this is a great stay!!!!

An amazing host who was responsive from booking to leaving. Beautiful accommodations with all the amenities. We will use him again and highly recommend his accommodation for anyone travelling to the Tampa area.

Great place to stay!!!

The very private two (2) bedroom guest suite with one bath & TVs in each room was exactly as shown. Very clean, attractive and comfortable. Similar to interior hotel rooms with no living room but had a hallway, mini kitchen, coffee island and car parking in the garage. Mini fridge located in one bedroom with full size fridge and washer & dryer in garage. Overall, a very good fit for our needs with short 1 mile drive to get on 275 to our visiting destinations. Would rent again.

Great Place. Great Host. Great Location.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, safe, private. Accommodating hostess. Comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, spacious bathroom. I enjoyed watching various Florida birds flying around in the trees while having my morning coffee on the private patio. I brought my own kcup coffee & creamer, and was glad that I did. Budget-friendly lodging for an active weekend enjoying St. Petersburg’s and its endless options for good food and outdoor recreation. I would not hesitate to book again.
