In the courtyard of the farm, a granny cottage with amenities. From the cottage terrace, you can watch the horses and hear the donkeys greetings. In the summer, you can see the horse pastures from the clearing. The terrace has a new gas grill and furniture. There are also cats, dogs, sheep and a mini pig on the farm. You can get to know the animals with the help of the farm's staff. Near the cottage, there is a pond, not suitable for swimming (hummus water), a small yacht and a canoe available for guests. The pond is visible from the cottage's terrace. You can walk to the pond and see the scenery.

Tiuranranta is a large house in Kuru, on the shores of Lake Keihäsjärvi, 50 km from Tampere. Kuru's amenities (shops, restaurants, etc.) are 1 km away. The fully equipped house has 6 rooms (4 bedrooms, a kitchen and a foyer) with: 11 beds, 2 extra beds, 4 sofa bed places. Additional mattresses are also available. Beach: shallow and sandy bottom. wooden sauna (8 people), large jetty and diving jetty. Bright, tidy and well-equipped 3-room apartment on the second floor of a house located on a slope. The views from the windows are amazing: forest and lake landscapes are visible in the background. However, the apartment is located in the center of Kangasala, where all services are within walking distance. Parking is easy, in the spaces reserved for guests. The apartment also has good connections to Tampere, where buses run from near the apartment in about half an hour. By car, the journey takes about 20 minutes.

The outbuilding has a wood-burning sauna with a shower area, there is no separate bathroom. The sauna room has 2 single beds. Running hot water and drains. Heating with air heat pumps + in winter with a pot oven. Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and mini oven. Pets are welcome.

There is no kitchen but the apartment is equipped for making coffee/tea, preparing breakfast and heating up food. A peaceful location on 7th floor. Well suited for remote working and studying.
