Tiuranranta - a large villa with a bubbling beach

Tiuranranta is a large house in Kuru, on the shores of Lake Keihäsjärvi, 50 km from Tampere. Kuru's amenities (shops, restaurants, etc.) are 1 km away. The fully equipped house has 6 rooms (4 bedrooms, a kitchen and a foyer) with: 11 beds, 2 extra beds, 4 sofa bed places. Additional mattresses are also available. Beach: shallow and sandy bottom. wooden sauna (8 people), large jetty and diving jetty. Rent includes outdoor games, gas grill and trampoline, canoe & boat (extra charge: 2 paddle boards and hot tub). NOTE! Maisa the cat lives in the house

Private sandy beach, on the shore of Lake Pyhäjärvi. The services of the village are really close. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Separate cottage and sauna buildings just meters away from the sandy beach. Municipal water and sewers. Shower and toilet. Generous terraces in both buildings. The sauna building has a 2-person chamber with a 120 cm sofa bed. The beach is child-friendly and has a long, low sandy bottom. It is possible to rent a SUP board from €20 and a bicycle from €10

Cozy and bright three-room apartment in the center of Kangasala

Bright, tidy and well-equipped 3-room apartment on the second floor of a house located on a slope. The views from the windows are amazing: forest and lake landscapes are visible in the background. However, the apartment is located in the center of Kangasala, where all services are within walking distance. Parking is easy, in the spaces reserved for guests. The apartment also has good connections to Tampere, where buses run from near the apartment in about half an hour. By car, the journey takes about 20 minutes.

My place is an atmospheric old vintage cottage on top of a scenic ridge. You can spend time in your own yard with a terrace and a barbecue canopy. Kitchen, living room and indoor toilet. The outbuilding has a wood-burning sauna with a shower area, there is no separate bathroom. The sauna room has 2 single beds. Running hot water and drains. Heating with air heat pumps + in winter with a pot oven. Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and mini oven. Pets are welcome.

Even in the winter you will have a chance to try cold dipping in a lake with a sauna. You will reach Tampere city in 20 minutes by tram. There is no kitchen but the apartment is equipped for making coffee/tea, preparing breakfast and heating up food. A peaceful location on 7th floor. Well suited for remote working and studying.
