The Tulip house is located in the heart of Ballandean, surrounded by wineries, 12km from Stanthorpe, 33km from Tenterfield and within walking distance of the Ballandean Pub, Dear Vincent Wines and The Church Wine. Enjoy the private outdoor fire pit in the rear garden or an outdoor bath in the Garden Bathhouse. 55 inch smart TV, 5 star hotel bed, fluffy robes and indoor fireplace make for the perfect romantic getaway or escape the hustle and bustle. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. With a picturesque view outside overlooking the large yard spanning out to Mount Marley or looking around to see Giraween National Park in the distance. My quaint little studio is the perfect spot to enjoy a moment in time. An ongoing project of mine, but a favourite space to relax and unwind and soak in the quiet. Perfect for a solo trip or a couple but also has the option to sleep 3 comfortably.

Spacious self contained studio set amongst well maintained established gardens. With a private entrance, well appointed kitchenette and bathroom, the studio should meet all of your needs Further down the property, views across the valley are spectacular. Horses/cats/dogs welcome. We are 20km east of Warwick and 20km from Queen Mary Falls. A quick drive down the road is a beautiful clear water rockpool to cool off in on those warm summer days.

This romantic couples retreat provides easy access to many Southern Downs and Granite Belt attractions, including the charming townships of Allora and Warwick and the unspoiled natural beauty of the Goomburra Valley.

Cottage on Talc

The cottage is fully self contained with a fully equipped kitchen, Bathroom, (including a relaxing bath to soak in after your days activities), one large bedroom with 2x single beds at one end, 1x queen at the other end and a sofa bed in lounge room. Wood fire to enjoy through our cooler months and the air conditioner in the warmer months. For the wine lovers the granite belt boasts award winning wineries with tours available.

The Cottage on Canningvale

Cosy, self-contained, studio style cottage. Guests are welcome to make full use of all facilities. A large entertaining area with barbeque and fire pit. Set on an acreage on the edge of Warwick with bushland setting. Single carport with plenty of space in our yard for a caravan, trailer or truck. Unfenced, so no pets, sorry. Light breakfast included. We can cater for two, having a queen bed.

Bunkhouse at Tenterfield Lodge – Shared Bathroom

The Bunkhouse is a cosy and comfortable stay set within the historic Tenterfield Lodge. The Lodge has been welcoming travellers to the area for generations and still carries that classic country hospitality that makes Tenterfield so special.
