Aparthotel holiday rentals in Southern Europe

Anna and Spiros were absolutely wonderful. Our flight was delayed for 24 hours and they were super helpful. The place is so cute, well stocked and clean. The water filter is a huge plus. Spiros gave us great advice about which beaches to visit and when. The beach in front of the unit is lovely. The pictures really don’t do it justice. It’s much nicer than it appears. We loved it and would definitely come back.

Nice and clean apartment with everything you need. Nearby there are plenty of restaurants and a small shop. You can watch the sunrise over the sea from your balcony and the beach is just across the street. Our stay was perfect.

There were three of us in the apartment including a 3-year-old child. The place was as described and the hosts go out of their way to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The communication in advance and also during the stay was super quick and helpful. We have received a lot of tips and descriptions to find our way around on site. The shared roof terrace is very nice and also the balcony of the apartment is a good size. The amenities are simple, but it has everything you need. We can absolutely recommend this place (value for money).

It was a really nice and relaxing stay. We took a trip to the three squares and were nice hiking nearby. The furnishings of the apartment were fantastic and you felt right at home. Unfortunately, the swimming pool, which was mentioned in the advertisement, is no longer included in the offer, is very unfortunate. The place itself is also nice for families. There is a large garden. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Melina’s house. Apartment was very clean! Kitchen has all the equipment that you need. The balcony was very spacious with a see view and located on a quiet street where you can have a peaceful moment. We especially appreciated attention to detail, tasteful interior and overall ambiance of Melina’s house. The apartment is located close to the sea. There is a bus stop within 5 minutes reach and 15 minutes away from the city center. Antonios was very helpful printing schedule and explaining everything. We are especially grateful for the warmest hospitality and the most delicious raki in Chania <3 We rarely visit same place twice but surely now we will make an exception ;)

Our stay in Georgia's was simply fantastic. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped, not to mention how spotlessly clean it was on arrival and was maintained throughout our stay. The balcony with views of the sea and the hills was a wonderful place to escape to. Words cannot describe how friendly and attentive Georgia is as a host. We would have no problem recommending a stay in Locanda to a friend!

We had a wonderful time - Evita and Andreas were perfect hosts. No bother checking in and really good with local recommendations and knowledge. Also very willing to help and accommodate our stupid questions! Apartment was spotlessly clean and really comfortable. Ten minutes walk to an amazing sandy beach, 30 mins along the coast to the centre and loads of buses which are dead easy to work out, regular and cheap. Pool was beautiful and never busy while we were there. Also great care taken for the grounds. To any other couple wishing to visit the area we would highly recommend this place.

A most beautiful apartment and location. Everything was new, clean and comfortable. The views from the apartment and outdoor deck were beautiful, especially the sunsets. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. We were late arriving and I am sure it was inconvenient for them, but they waited, greeted us with no complaints and were wonderful. The location is just next to the old town so, it is quiet, with a beautiful waterfront view, but easy walk to town. We had a car and it was very easy to park for free right out front.

This hotel even exceeded our expectations. It's even better than the photos! Very cozy and clean. It really has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even the little things like a nail file, snacks, welcome treats. Everything looks brand new and spotlessly clean. The room has a kitchen, all utensils, tea, coffee There is a safe, hairdryer, fridge, air conditioning. Very convenient to downtown Nice. Despite this, the room is quiet. There are also blackout curtains if you want to sleep during the day. It is convenient to get to the train station and the airport. The host of the hotel was very kind and hospitable. And I was always in touch and quickly responded to any requests. We will definitely return to this hotel. And I recommend everyone to visit it! This is the perfect value for money. RECOMMEND!!!

Great place for money you pay. Very close to center , great quiet location (we were in Feb so not many ppl in place , we have no idea is it quiet while high season) . Clean, very well equipped, building itself is well maintained, we had room at 3rd floor but luckily there is elevator, warm room , very hot water in shower, fully equipped kitchen , towels at the place. Most popular pizza place just 2-3min walk away, and great small coffee place just 1-2min away😁 thank You for having us , definitely recommend

The place was very tidy. We were traveling the world with a dog and this was an ideal place for us. The apartment is tidy, spacious, and clean. The garden is also fenced and there is plenty of parking space on the property. The host was also very nice and gave us an apartment with enough space for the dog and a double bed instead of single beds. There will be a quick response if you have any questions or for the instructions to get in.

Fatih is a great person. She really helped us with everything. Her communication was very nice and she was always quick to respond. The place was really good, the location is almost right in the center of the city, you can access many places to Taksim to Galata Tower with a 15-minute walk, and I will definitely recommend it and the first person I will call on my next trips, Mr. Fatih 🍀🙏☺️

Kind, friendly and approachable was my first impression of Daniela. She is a kind of host every guest would want. She will greet you with a big smile and take care of every concern you may have. The apartment was clean and the location is great. There is a free coffee if you are a coffee lover. The beach is just 3 to 5 minutes by foot. Another great conviniance is that there is a supermarket below the villa and a restaurant right next to it, also another restaurant 100 meters from the villa. If you want a place where you can relax, this is definitely it!

Excellent stay at Sophia's who warmly welcomed us. The studio is perfectly clean and functional with breathtaking sea views from the pleasant terrace. The beach is a 5min walk and Chania is very easily accessible by bus.

Mehmet was an amazing host- he had insanely quick responses and was always very kind and helpful. My sister and I loved our stay in Istanbul and highly recommend!!

We had used the place as a stopover of our trip to rest and everything was perfect.

Thomas was very sweet and accommodating. We immediately felt at home. His family, as well as the guests, were open-minded, friendly and very helpful. The general atmosphere was always pleasant and felt comfortable. The outdoor area is great for cozy and fun pool days and the beach just 5 min walk away is perfect for young and old. i had a fantastic stay at this place! The apartment was even more beautiful than in the pictures, very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The location is great, close to everything I needed. Chantal was extremely responsive and attentive, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. We were very satisfied with the attention of Mr. Ahmet, as if a guest who had just arrived at his house welcomed us:) When we arrived, our car parking was even arranged. The room was like an apartment and a hotel with 🙏🏻 shampoo, towels, slippers, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, tea maker and everything you could cook with. The air conditioning is very nice :) In the meantime, there is a hill, but if you listen to the directions to the center from Mr. Ahmet, you will immediately reach the center with a small hill walking experience:)
