Holiday rentals with a patio in Southern Thailand

This was a great place to stay. I liked how electricity/water/cleaning fees were all included in the price so no hidden charges. Location is great by the beach and many great restaurants nearby to eat. 7/11 is next door, super convenient. Only slight critique I have was that the bed was harder than I like. This is just personal preference so I still rated 5 star!

This apartment in Koh Samui is perfect for a short stay! It's conveniently located close to the airport while still being part of a vibrant neighborhood full of amenities. Situated above a restaurant, it has its own unique charm and offers a lovely view of the jetty. I loved walking downstairs to grab fresh flowers and coffee with pastries for breakfast. Sitting outside on the patio, watching the planes arrive, was a highlight of my mornings. While it can get a bit noisy with the planes and street activity, this adds to the lively energy of the neighborhood, keeping you close to town and activities. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary essentials for a comfortable stay. Overall, it’s a great spot for those looking to enjoy Koh Samui’s vibrant atmosphere!

Great apartment in a new complex. Incredible cleanliness, no insects - no ant penetrated the apartment in a month. Good location, windows overlook a green slope with trees, the sun only gets in the evening. Recommended!

Everything was as per what was described in photos..since the surrounding were still under construction..we couldn’t see lot of neighbours..gym could have been a better place along with swimming pool..stay was good, Suzu ( manager) was of grt help..providing everything that was required..kudos to her..

Angie and Tim’s villa at Botanica Modern Lofts was absolutely sublime—one of the best we've stayed in around Bang Tao. The pool is pure zen, and the lush gardens truly make you feel like you're in a tropical paradise. Inside, the villa is beautifully styled with a calming, neutral color scheme that adds to the overall sense of relaxation. It’s tucked away in a quiet, private area, yet still within walking distance to great local spots, including the fantastic coffee shop Tree O’clock.

Great peaceful place to stay with a vert friendly host, you can rent a bike as well for a very cheap price.

The place was a dream! Very central, yet close to the sea and you had your peace and privacy. Shopping is within 5 minutes walking distance, as is the sea! The rest can be easily reached by taxi or tuktuk. The pool has been cleaned regularly & the chlorine checked during our stay.

We were a family of 4 and we're very comfortable. We only stayed for 3 days, and everything was fine. The location is great, it is in a secured area. A 7/11 is a few min of walking on the main road (outside the droparm berier). About 15 min to the beach and less than 10 min to a mall. veery nice clean place. Thank you

Great stay and amazing host. Everything was clean and communication was great. There’s a Big C nearby, lots of restaurants and a food market, and not too far from Patong. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would come back next time we are in Phuket. Thank you for being such great hosts.

The hosts was extremely helpful, superb apartment, very clean and tidy, nice outside pool, but not many sun loungers, the decking by the pool, needed repairs…. Security on the front gate, I would definitely recommend this place, a big shopping mall across the road, but not much in the vicinity, but cabs are very reasonable, or get a taxi bike which is very cheap.

Beautiful and spacious condo, with great views from the balcony on the pool, the sunset and partial sea view. We really enjoyed our time. Lucinda is very kind and helpful. I love the location, kalim is calm and not far from Patong. Free parking was nice too. Thank you for everything.

This accommodation was one of the best we have ever had through Airbnb. The whole MIDA resort is amazing and we honestly spent the whole 4 days by the pool in the resort and relaxing. There are several restaurants, bars and cafes in the resort, so we had everything at hand. The host Oleg is very hospitable and the small gift at the end of our stay only enhanced the positive impression.

First of all, Fantastic communication at all times and easy with Ken, is so friendly. Have stayed in Patong Towers AirBNB's before but this place was a standout, and not the least because of the amazing views. This place is a great location in Patong beach with a great view of beach and sunset. The apartment had everything one could need for a very comfortable stay. Netflix etc was a huge bonus for some downtime now. Super fast wi-fi made media posting of pics of the beach view. Bed was comfy, lots of towels etc and even woven beach mats. Nice roomy bathroom. the kitchen had everything that I needed. Aircon worked very well in both living areas. Can highly recommend to everyone looking for an exceptional self-catering holiday with view to die for. Thank you for letting us stay.
