The apartment was sensational and as described. Breathtaking views with an amazing host, who was full of lots of local knowledge and advice.

Peter's place was just as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. Alessandra was very helpful and always responsive. I would very much recommend and stay again. Thanks Peter and Alessandra for a very pleasant stay.

The cleanest apartment I've ever lived in. Looks much better than in the photo. There is everything you need in the kitchen, even spices. Cleaning 10/10, the apartment is perfectly clean. The location is very good, you can walk to the beach and the shopping center. Friendly owner and staff of the building. Only one minus - there is a noisy road nearby, otherwise it is perfect for its price.

Excellent location, spotless apartment, hassle free check in/ out and a beautiful outdoor pool. I've stayed at numerous Airbnb, this is the first and only place provided extra shower towels. It's so handy to use at the pool and even at the elephant sanctuary excursion we did. The apartment is right next to the Indie Night market, walking distance to the old town DT area and tons restaurants including Michelin recognized Raya and Day & Night. The other thing we really enjoyed was that it's associated with a hotel close by. The friendly hotel staff helped us book tours, and store our bags after we check out. Highly recommend it to anyone plans to visit Phuket!

Great clean apartment, as described. Nice neighborhood. Lakes, paths for walking, on weekends a night market with delicious seafood. Tops supermarket is not far away. 10 min walk to 7/11 The sea is also a 10-minute walk away. On the roof of the complex there are swimming pools, a treadmill, a barbecue area. The roof is open until 21.00. Normal internet

The communication and the hostess were very friendly and very helpful. The accommodation was described and very nicely equipped. We felt very comfortable and would recommend this accommodation 100%.

We were greeted with a welcome bottle in a corner of paradise surrounded by greenery. The accommodation is nicer from the truth than in the photos, the experience was more than satisfactory in all respects. Impeccable cleanliness and every kind of comfort available! Highly recommended!

It was a nice villa to hang out in, spacious with lots of things inside like a projector and loud sound system. Only thing is it’s a bit far from the old phuket town but once we picked up a scooter it was okay.

Rattiya's place was the highlight of our trip! We watched the elephants everyday from her beautiful outdoor terrace. Listening to them eat and trumpet was incredible. It's the first thing my wife talks about when people ask us about our Thailand vacation and her eyes light up like the 4th of July every single time! Rattiya was the perfect host!

This house is well located for someone who is looking for a central location. The house is comfortable and we enjoyed staying there.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the host, who went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and at home. The check-in process was smooth and easy, with clear instructions and great communication throughout my stay. The property itself was even more beautiful than in the photos. It was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated with a perfect mix of style and comfort. The living space was spacious and cozy, with plenty of natural light, which made it the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch—everything I could have possibly needed and more. What truly stood out was the location. It was situated in a quiet, charming neighborhood but still close to all the main attractions, making it a perfect base for my adventures. Super nice place and just made to feel comfortable. Daily cleaning service and golf cart transportation great. Comfortable beds, great amenities, nice place. Unfortunately no chance to shop without a car or scooter or walk on the road. Great also for families with kids

Prapa’s place was wonderful. It was just a short walk to Bangla road so very convenient. One downside is that, it’s across from a hostel so people are always outside so it can get a little bit loud making it hard to sleep. Overall, a beautiful, convenient place. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We arrived at Villa Roha, exactly as shown in the listing pictures. However, after settling in for a few hours while doing laundry, we were informed that we had to move to another room because the pictures of Roha were mistakenly added to the Villa Verde listing. Since we had specifically booked the room for the working station, this was frustrating, as the new apartment looked different and lacked some gadgets, like a toaster and mosquito net. The hot water didn’t work at first, but they quickly sent someone to fix it. Despite the mix-up, Villa Verde was spacious, very clean, and smelled nice. The pool was well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. While this was a one-time mistake that they have since corrected, I wish we hadn’t experienced it. That said, our overall stay was pleasant, and I’d still highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay close to the beach.

Sam was a gracious host and very responsive to questions with great suggestions as well. The place was exactly as described and worked perfectly for what I was looking for. I will consider this place for future stays as well.

Timothy has been very helpful and accommodating to us before arrival, making sure that everything is in order and working well. (: His place and the 2 pools are really nice. 711 is just 5 mins walk away and there are many cafes/ restaurants around too. Must visit Surin Beach, it’s beautiful! Thank you so much.

Best view in all of Krabi.. not kidding! Beautiful space and a breathtaking view.. super cozy place. Great and communicative host. Felt right at home and didn’t want to leave. This place will put you in a different state of mind. The complex is quiet with 24hr security. Secluded and located at the top of a hill off the main street, so it is a bit of a walk, but they have a golf cart to pick you up and take you down from 8am-10pm-ish with a push of a button. Or just rent a scooter and no problem.

Wonderful space! Super clean, excellent location. We have stayed at this condo for the past 10 years in various units and this is one of the most well positioned units. The condo is directly on the beach with many 5* resorts in walking distance so you can take advantage of their F&B or buy food from the nearby mini mart and cook yourself. We hire a car from the airport to get around and explore the area and drive off the island highly recommended. :)

We know the island well so the location was chosen specifically for it being centrally located. The room was as described and Sumitra was a fantastic host, providing gifts for my wife and daughter’s birthdays which were during our stay, plus helping us with anything we needed promptly. Couldn’t have asked for a better host.

Excellent stay! We stayed over a month and the place is perfect if you stay long and/or work remotely. Communication with the host was super smooth and Aisoon is very friendly and helpful. Location is also very good. Couldnt recommend more! If back to Chalong i will book again
