Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Composto da piccolo ingresso, 2 camere grandi, una cucina abitabile, un bagno ed un ripostiglio, è molto comodo, luminoso e spazioso. Fermata dell'autobus a circa 20 metri, farmacia, supermercato ed altri servizi TUTTI facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, ristoranti in zona

Vicinissima all'incantevole mare della Costa degli Etruschi (in 10 minuti in macchina per raggiungere Castiglioncello e la costa Livornese) è immersa nel verde e dista 1 km circa dal paese che risponde ad ogni esigenza . I cancelli e le scale interne furono costruiti dalla Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni è immerso nella campagna toscana a pochi minuti dalla città.
