Located near the Paradise Bay and the famous Bamboo beach, our garden pool apartment has both - the privacy you need for a holiday and a sea view. It is only 80 meters from the coast and is suitable for romantic holidays, families with up to 2 children or max. of 4 adults. It is practical and well organized at an area of 60+ m². The organization of the apartment allows you to have relaxing open air breakfast/lunch at sun or under a solid shade. The gardens and the pool are very well maintained.

The apartment is located on a quiet street between the new and old town. There are 2 beaches within 700m. Guaranteed parking space nearby on a walking distance. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room with a sleeping sofa for children, dinning area and fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, automatic coffee maker. Two big balconies with a sea view to use for pictures. One balcony has 2 art rattan swings. Unlimited internet access, 2 TVs, iron, hair-dryer, towels.

Villa "Kolokita"offers you a 360 degree sea view. There are 2-bedrooms,2-bathrooms in the house. You can enjoy your morning coffee at our veranda or one of the two balconies with incredible view. The house is located at complex Sozopolis, there is all you need for a perfect vacation (large swimming pool,Fitness,restaurants...). We are renting our cozy 1 bedroom summer studio in the Sozopol old town. It is situated directly at the shore of the gulf with a beautiful sea view. The beach is 7 min. away on foot. Ground floor: kitchen with a fridge, stove, electric kettle and toaster. It is well equipped to serve your essential needs. Second floor: a bedroom with a double bed and two extra chair-beds. The small bathroom with shower is next to the bedroom. A small private terrace welcomes you at the main entrance.
